With Ruling Military Junta Blocking Aid, Prime-Minister-In-Exile To Discuss Need For International Community To Provide Direct Relief To The People

The Burmese government-in-exile, led by Prime Minister Dr. Sein Win, will hold a press conference tomorrow, Friday May 9th, at 1pm to discuss the cyclone that has ravished the country and the ruling Junta's refusal to allow international aid workers direct access to the Burmese people.

The government-in-exile, the National Coalition Government Union of Burma, is made up of those who were elected in the 1990 elections but were never allowed to take office.
